Felix Antonio (Tony) Olivieri was born on August 12, 1944, the fifth child of eleven of Felix and Felicita Olivieri in Ciales, (Toro Negro), Puerto Rico. Tony attended school in Jayuya until the family moved to Chicago in 1959. Tony attended Waller High School (Now Lincoln Park High).
